Any unavoidable interruption in service due to technical problems will automatically extend the period your ad is run. Take advantage of our low rates as we build memberships. Banner ad and logo design is available for an additional fee.

We will not advertise any material that involves persons under the age of 21 years. We will not advertise for escort sites or any other illegal services. We reserve the right to turn down any advertiser based on how we feel you impact the black community or the world community in general.
